Garden Up Mix’n’Match Hooks allow you to mount three types of planter pots on your choice of substrates such as walls, fences, slat screens, wire frames and trellises. And because it’s Garden Up, you can simply add more pots and hooks vertically or horizontally to expand your living Green wall.

Available in 5 different styles:
